HR & People Leaders in Baltics 500+ Orgs - Burnout Risk & Attrition
Would you be interested in sharing how your organization is handling the burnout risk of their talents?
Within the framework of my interest in normalizing talk about burnout and minimizing the impact, but also raising awareness that there is a way of recovering, I'm launching a research project: Burnout Attrition, 2026 β Sustaining Humanity at the Speed of Technological Acceleration.
It's a regional study looking at how organizations with 500+ employees across the Baltics assess and manage burnout risk β and what actually happens when people leave because of it.
I'm inviting two groups to take part:
π HR & People leaders β share how your organization measures, tracks, and manages burnout risk and attrition. I'm reaching out directly, but if I haven't found you yet, please reach out to me β I'd love to include you. Organizations can choose to stay anonymous or be named.
π¬ Employees β I want to hear your honest take: is your organization's narrative that burnout real, or an excuse for laziness? Is it understood as a genuine mental and physical health issue that quietly takes your best people? And how is the risk of burnout β and the departures it causes β actually managed where you work? If you've burned out yourself, I'd especially welcome your perspective. The survey is anonymous.

Results will be published this autumn on LinkedIn and at cebere.com. Leave your email if you'd like them sent directly to you.
