Immigration & Asylum Lawyers - Migration Asylum & Human Rights Podcast
We’ve finally launched THRE Podcast. In 2026, with feeds dominated by short videos and fast takes, it may not seem like the obvious choice.
But that is also why we felt a longer format was needed.
Human rights and migration rarely fit into a headline or a Reel. They need time: for people to speak openly, for difficult questions to be asked, and for important details not to disappear.
For the first episode, Ryan Cappa joined me from Boston for a conversation about what America’s immigration crackdown looks like from inside the country — and how different that reality can be from the view abroad.
Getting here took time. The first episode is not perfect. But it is lively, honest, and something our team is proud to have started.
We want to make something interesting and useful — and we want to make it with you.
If you are an immigration or asylum lawyer in the UK, the US or elsewhere and would like to join a future conversation, please message me. And if someone comes to mind, tag them below.
THRE will not be limited to one country or one format. We want to speak with lawyers and experts from different places about migration, asylum, protests and other issues affecting human rights — through both longer conversations and shorter videos.
The first episode is in the comments.
