Ireland Workers Struggling to Ask for Help for Irish Examiner

Do you find it difficult to ask for help at work? I obviously don't as I'm here asking you for help once again! A recent report found that 30% of people would rather scrub the toilet than admit they needed help! 🚽 🚽 🚽 What's the reason for this reluctance? And what impact can it have on workers and their organisations? These are questions that I will ask (and hopefully answer) in one of my next Irish Examiner articles.
