The next piece I’m writing for the Irish Examiner is all about how to have conversations about money at work – discussing salary, negotiating a pay rise, etc. Why are so many of us uncomfortable doing this? And are there any tips or insights that can help us have these conversations in a more productive yet professional way. I’d love to speak to people in Ireland about their approach to money at work.
