🆘 There are often reports published and anecdotal stories told about the generation gap in the workplace.That boomers grew up in an era where work was prioritised and can’t understand all this Millennial and Gen Z talk of work/life balance… I’m writing an Irish Examiner piece that asks whether generational differences are a real thing, what impact they have on the workplace if so and what can be done to make multigenerational workplaces more collaborative and supportive for all.
