Now this statistic stopped me in my tracks...
The 2025 Annual Leave Report, a survey of almost 2000 workers in Ireland, found that almost one in four people failed to take five days (FIVE days!!!) of annual leave or more last year, which represents a week's paid leave.
I’d like to speak to some people here in Ireland who have previously struggled to take their full entitlement to annual leave. What was the reason for this? And do they still find it difficult to allocate time to rest?
If that’s you, I’d love to hear from you at [email redacted]
