What's your opinion about Leadfeeder?
I publish tool reviews on marketintelligencetools.com and just finished a long one on Leadfeeder, which is a conflict when I'm the one asking for real opinions on it. I want to hear from people who've measured their own identification rate against it, especially anyone who ran a side-by-side test against another vendor.
Leadfeeder's homepage claims up to 45% of website visitors identified. Its own help center, updated 27 March 2026, won't put a number on it at all: "there is no way to honestly give a percentage of visitors identified." A Capterra reviewer who's a CMO at an IT services firm measured 2% company-level matches on her own traffic; Leadinfo, the closest rival, tells trial users to expect roughly 30%. One user ran Leadfeeder against HubSpot's Buyer Intent on the same page, with the same date range, and got zero overlap between the two company lists.

Pricing runs Lite free for the last 100 identified companies, Discover €79 to €309 a month billed annually, Activate €369 to €729, and Scale €599 to €2,089, all with unlimited users on every paid tier. A separate credit pool bills email enrichment at 0.2 credits, email-plus-phone at 1, and every CRM export at 1 more; credits don't roll over, and a medical-device reviewer said she lost "700+ credits" when her subscription lapsed.
Annual contracts renew for 12 months unless cancelled 30 days ahead, and the tier auto-upgrades when a trailing 12 months of traffic outgrows it. A Capterra reviewer, a partner at an IT services firm, wrote that Leadfeeder doesn't send a renewal notice beforehand and is "100% strict on terms." The brand itself has changed names three times in four years: Echobot and Leadfeeder merged into Dealfront in 2022 on €180 million from Great Hill Partners, and Dealfront reverted to the Leadfeeder name on 24 March 2026.
If you've run it, did your own identification rate land anywhere near 45%, closer to the 2% one reviewer measured, or somewhere in between? Has anyone missed the 30-day cancellation window on an annual plan, and did Leadfeeder enforce it the way that reviewer describes? And has the Echobot-Dealfront-Leadfeeder rebrand history changed how you weigh the company's stability?

Disclosure: I run this site. No ads. I'm just getting started testing a few affiliate links, low-key enough that they don't change what you see or how a page reads. No money from them yet, though that could change. I do the research because I find it interesting, it's good practice for my day job, found out that I like building sites from scratch in static HTML, and figured this sub's audience would get something out of it too.
