London Boaters - GP Registration Access Issues

Registering for GP/healthcare I’m sorry if this isn’t an acceptable post, but nothing ventured nothing gained: I’m a journalist producing a radio report on the difficulty faced by some London boaters in accessing health services/registering for a GP.
