Medical Sleep Expert for Sleep.com Sick Sleep Guide Update
Sleep.com: What to know about sleeping when you’re sick
For Sleep.com, I’m working on a major update to a story I wrote a few years ago about sleeping when you’re sick (https://substack.com/redirect/5057c3fc-d997-4843-82e8-dc232404001c?j=eyJ1IjoiMWpiZ3ZrIn0.Wuq6H8WRYsisUB-myw11ZWkKfQ9M41dwUqGCDM-baYE).
I’m looking to interview a health/medical expert for this story to learn more about:
- tips for sleeping better while you’re sick
- bedtime habits to avoid when you’re ill (like drinking caffeinated tea too close to bedtime)
- food and drinks to help you sleep better when you’re sick
Ideal experts include sleep medicine specialists, doctors (general practitioners, internists, pediatricians, etc.), physician assistants, and/or registered nurses.
I’m hoping to conduct the interview later this week or early next week. Deadline for suggestions is ASAP. If you know someone I should speak to for this piece, please send me 1-2 brief sentences about their background.
Send responses to [email redacted].
