Men - God Leadership Redemption & Shaping Masculinity

Here's something. On this day after Jesus died, HE is in Hades declaring VICTORY over death and evil… Jesus means for us to be a family. Through Him. None of us grow alone.
Almost every shift in our lives is shaped by people through conversation, challenge, example, or observation. The only exception may be the things God Himself does directly. Where I am today compared to two years ago is wildly different. Between podcasts, writing, my family, changes in my personal life, coaching, research, and the conversations that come with this work, so many people have shaped my thinking and my faith even in just the last six months. So I wanted to pause and say something I probably don’t say enough. Thank you. For those newer here, a brief re introduction. I spend most of my time working with men. Leaders, entrepreneurs, husbands, and fathers. Helping them reclaim clarity, discipline, vision, conviction, and purpose in their lives. A big part of that mission is helping men return to the kind of masculinity God actually designed, not the distorted versions our culture promotes. My work sits at the intersection of theology, psychology, leadership, and human behavior. The goal is simple. Help people become more biblically ordered.
Spiritually. Mentally. Emotionally. Physically. When a person becomes ordered internally, everything around them begins to stabilize. Families. Businesses. Health. Communities. None of that work happens in isolation. Growth often comes through the influence of other people through dialogue, challenge, encouragement, mentorship, wisdom, and love. Recently many people have impacted me in ways they may not even realize. Some simply through the way they walk with Christ in everyday life. So I want to gratefully acknowledge a few people who have influenced me lately during a season of obedience and sanctification that has stretched me. The fun + godly WOMEN I've gotten to know in my church, Tony Demakis Frankie Capparelli, PHR, HRM and his family, Brian Warren Richard Szalecki, “Sah-LEH-key”, my incredible EA and watcher-of-Donie - Jordynn, my mother Judy Jehl, Lane Gregory , Aundrea Roe + music , John C. Puritz , Kat Nichols 🫵🏼🫱🏼🫲🏽✌🏼for praying for my daughter, James Jimmy Schlink III Trevor M. Laura Kraft , and Billy Bob Harris still reaching me from Heaven ...and finally, John “Cap” Capezzuti Thank you for sharing your journeys openly + allowing me to be part of those conversations. And to the many others I didn’t name here, your messages, comments, support + faith matter more than you realize. BTW, If you have a story about God, leadership, redemption, and the shaping of masculinity, I’d love to hear from you for the REIGKNIGHT podcast. And as we move toward Easter tomorrow, let us be reminded again of the center of all of it. It’s Jesus. The cross looked like the end.
But tomorrow proves it wasn’t. The stone rolled away.
Death defeated.
Hope restored. He is risen. ✝️
