I'm looking to speak to locals of places that have been struck by natural disasters, to hear their thoughts on the responsible return of tourism – for The Telegraph's travel section. eg. New Orleans post-Katrina, New South Wales and California post-wildfires, Morocco post-earthquake. Tell me, do you think the return of tourism was a help or hindrance?
