Northern Football Fans - North-South Divide & Classism at Away Matches

Calling All Northern Football Fans Hi all, I'm an avid Leeds fan and also a journalist. I was at the most recent home match against Brentford and I noticed the away fans chanting 'We pay your benefits'. I'm thinking of writing a story on the North/South divide and classism among football fans. It would be great to hear from some northern fans about your experience e.g. behaviour from Southern fan groups, any accent-based discrimination you have faced when travelling down South for away games, or anything related to your experience as a northern football fan.
