Organisational & Workplace Psychologists - Preventing Psychological Harm

🎙️ Who would you recommend for an honest, practical conversation about preventing psychological harm at work? I’m co-hosting the Workplace Psycholgoical Safety Podcast in 2027 with Ben Fulton which explores workplace harm, organisational responses and pathways towards repair. I would like to hear from or be introduced to: 🔹 Organisational and workplace psychologists 🔹 Psychosocial risk and work design specialists 🔹 Researchers translating evidence into practical workplace improvements 🔹 WHS, HR, IR and operational leaders with implementation experience 🔹 Workplace investigators and employment lawyers 🔹 Psychological injury, rehabilitation and return-to-work specialists. I am particularly interested in people who can discuss what organisations have changed, what workers experienced and how they checked whether those changes helped. Topics could include work design, leadership, bullying prevention, fair complaint processes, recovery and preventing further harm. Australian and international perspectives are welcome.
