Parents of Teenagers in Cork - Regaining Freedom Before Empty Nest

#journorequest I am writing a piece about that strange stage of parenting when your children become teenagers and you suddenly find yourself with a little more freedom – but you're not quite an empty nester yet. After years of school runs, activities and organising our lives around our children, suddenly they have their own friends, interests and plans.
