The lawyers’ podcast we’ve all been waiting for. 😎 🙌 Ian R. Cohen and I are launching our first podcast, Assumption of Risk, next week, and we need your help. We have a simple mission: Bring lawyers together to have the conversations we’ve always wanted to have but never had a safe space for. The ethical dilemmas that kept you up at night. The clients who pushed every boundary. The situations where your problem-solving skills mattered more than your ability to draft an agreement. The uncomfortable realities of practicing law that nobody talks about. We want to talk about what it REALLY means to be a lawyer. And we are doing it the lawyers’ way: by taking positions, challenging perspectives, debating, and asking the uncomfortable questions. This is not about us, but about all the lawyers out there, and we want to hear YOUR stories. The messy ones. The controversial ones. The ones that made you question everything you learned in law school. You have one week to submit your stories anonymously.
