Recent PhDs & Postdocs - Lab Citizenship When Leaving Position

Hi everyone! I'm working on an article for Nature magazine about how to be a good lab citizen when you move on to a new position (things like data transfers, reagent storage, etc.). I'm looking for ideas and people to include in the article...particularly people who recently finished their PhDs or postdocs.
