Researchers Who Recently Left Labs - Tips on Transitioning

Hi hi! I'm not at all active on BlueSky, but I'm writing an article for Nature about how to leave your lab the right way (people who are graduating/moving onto new positions etc). I'm looking for people with good ideas I can quote in the article...esp. people who have recently left their labs!
