SAHMs who also run businesses or WFH w/ no other childcare Hey! I’m a student journalist writing my final piece on SAHMs who balance the busy schedule of parenting and homemaking with having a side-hustle, business managed from home or other kind of WFH job with little to no other childcare. I’m looking to speak to mothers in this situation about both the positives and negatives of this experience. I want to hear about the mental load and pressure that comes along with this added work as well as any financial or familial reasons you have started this work. But on the flip side, I also want to hear about how this work may empower you, indulge your passions or allow for more economic freedom.
