Senior US Military Leaders on Hegseth Resignation Speech - NYT

During an address Tuesday, Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth invited the U.S. military’s generals and admirals to quit, “if the words I’m speaking today are making your heart sink.” In his speech, he announced plans to relax the rules of engagement, curtail whistle-blower and inspector-general functions, impose tougher fitness testing and make other changes to U.S. military policies. If you are a senior U.S. military leader, we invite you to answer the following questions: Are you resigning your commission? If so, why? Please provide us with a way to contact you confidentially. We will not publish your name and role without your permission. Tell us your story.
