Senior-Level Women - Menopause Impact On Work & Employer Support

Journo request for Fast Company: In 2026, women's health continues to be as mysterious as the deep ocean. And yet, for women everywhere, the lack of research on women's health, as well as the stigmas around talking about it have very real impacts on how we show up at work. Up to 20% of the workforce is menopausal, and nearly 90% of people with menopause report having symptoms that impact their ability to work.
