Small UK Organic Food & Drink Brands - Unsung Heroes

🚨🚨🚨 I'm starting to plan a feature for The Grocer giving a bit of coverage to the UK's "unsung organic heroes". I'm looking to talk to organic food and drink brands at the smaller end of the scale in terms of size. Especially those that are breaking new ground for the organic category, have beaten the odds, or otherwise stand out in some way. Got any suggestions? Bold enough to nominate yourself as a hero?
