Social Prescription Recipients in Australia - Homelessness & Benefits

Dear people in Australia, I'm writing another story about social prescription and looking for a couple more case studies of any one who has been involved with a program and benefitted from it. I previously wrote a piece looking at "comedy-on-prescription", which is being trialled in the UK and Australia for Good Weekend, but this is another one looking at social prescription more broadly.
