Taiwan-Based Chip Industry Expert - Semiconductor Geopolitics

I'm looking for an expert on the Taiwanese chip industry (think TSMC) willing to be interviewed about the sector and the part it plays in the island's geopolitical situation. Preferably someone in Taiwan, but not a must. If you know someone like that, please let me know!
