Tech & HR Leaders - AI At Work Impact On Jobs & Hiring

Pitch Me Workplace Stories and Experts for a Fast Company Work Life Feature. I'm a finance and technology journalist. My work runs in Investopedia, TheStreet, Forbes, Inc., Benzinga, and FinanceFeeds. I'm building pitches for Fast Company's Work Life section, and I'm looking for experts, leaders and real people to build them around. Please read all of this before you pitch. Work Life covers how people actually work. The lanes I'm sourcing for right now: ➡️ AI at work: what it is really changing about jobs, teams and hiring. ➡️ Leadership and management. ➡️ Careers, career changes and getting ahead. ➡️ Productivity and how work actually gets done. ➡️ Workplace culture: hybrid and return to office, multigenerational teams, burnout. ➡️ Money at work: pay, raises, benefits and pay transparency. That list is a guide, not a fence. If you have a strong workplace story outside it, send it anyways. Bring me the idea. Tell me the story in two or three sentences and why a reader should care about it this month. What I'd need: ➡️ For experts: the credential and the research behind it. Original data, or a survey with its sample size and method. Workplace expert is not a credential. ➡️ For leaders: name, title and company, plus one specific thing you do differently and the measurable result. ➡️ For individuals: named and on the record, with real details. ➡️ About 30 minutes on a recorded Zoom call. What doesn't work: general thought leadership, five tips with nothing behind them, a product launch dressed up as a trend, and survey data with no methodology. I'm also not placing bylined guest posts. I'm reporting stories . If that's you, or you're a PR pro with clients who fit, email me at ➡️ [email redacted] No DM pitches here on LinkedIn. Email me. Two things on expectations. I pitch the editor once my sources are confirmed, so everything runs subject to editor approval, and that takes weeks, not days. And I won't reply to every pitch. If you don't hear back, it wasn't a fit this time.
