TravelTech Founders - Distribution, Traction & Fundability

Early stage startups don't know distribution. They know their product. They know the problem. Give a founder an hour and they'll walk you through every broken step in the workflow they're fixing. Ask how the market is supposed to find out. The answer gets thin. They build for a year and launch to their own contact list. They post once and wait. They pitch investors who have never heard their name, then call it a tough funding climate. I've watched good products lose to worse ones with better reach. That's not a product problem. The coverage exists. Most of it is media. I come at it from the other side of the table. I ran an agency, so I know whether a tool survives a real Monday or just demos well. I lost a company, so I know the difference between traction and activity. I trained with VCs, so I know when a good business is being pushed to raise money it shouldn't. Most coverage asks whether a company is interesting. I'm asking whether it works, whether it lasts, and whether it deserves capital. And when a founder clears all three, I don't just write about them. I introduce them. I work with them. So that's where @The Ticket by VENTUREA is going. https://lnkd.in/gURDptwx The founders building in Travel, Tourism, and Hospitality. What problem they saw. Why it matters. How they're going about fixing it. Alongside the trends actually moving this industry, including how AI is changing the way trips get planned and sold. If you invest, this is where you see what's being built before it's obvious. If you operate, this is where you see what's coming for your business. If you're building, this is where your work gets read by both. I'm interested in the technology that amplifies the impact of Travel, Tourism, and Hospitality. The problems worth solving. The startups going after them. Where this industry is heading. That's the whole reason this exists. One newsletter is not a distribution strategy. But it's a start, and most of these founders don't have one. Building something in travel? Send me a message. I want to hear about it. Subscribe below. See you in the next issue. #TravelTech #HospitalityTech #SoutheastAsia #Venturea #VentureCapital
