UI/UX Designers - AI Use With Figma & LLM Tools

Hey UI/UX designers! I want to hear your thoughts on AI and design! I'm writing a piece for Fast Company about Figma and how it's been incorporating AI into its tooling. I've had a lot of in-depth conversations with the team there about their work -- now I want to hear from designers about how they're using AI (or avoiding it), where they're finding it useful and catalytic, and where they're not; the whole spread.
