UK Case Study Needed - Adult Sleep Coaching Disappointment

Adult sleep coaching wasn't that helpful. Hi! I'm a UK based journalist working on a piece for a national newspaper about the massive rise in sleep coaching. I'm looking for a case study who is happy to be identified to talk about hiring a sleep coach and why it wasn't that useful. Perhaps the advice was fine but sticking to it was tricky.
