UK Football Fans on Premier League Creativity Decline

Ruud Gullit just called modern football “a garbage game”, is the Premier League losing its flair? Football is part of UK culture, we grow up watching it, talking about it, living it. But Ruud Gullit recently said he stopped watching certain games because “everything is passing, passing, passing” with no real dribblers. Are Chelsea and Arsenal games really as safe as he says? Is the Premier League losing the creativity that made football a cultural phenomenon here? I want to hear from UK fans: are today’s matches exciting, or has tactical structure replaced the moments we actually remember?
