UK Primark Shoppers - Reaction to Price Cuts

"Primark isn't even cheap anymore!" It's something I've heard repeatedly, both in-person and online - especially as shoppers compare Primark's prices to super-fast-fashion giants Temu and Shein, or sites likes Vinted and Depop. But yesterday, Primark announced it was lowering prices across hundreds of items - actual price reductions, not just a sale. It's a big move - when something normally sells for £10, reducing it by £2 is a significant hit on profits. Will this be enough to lure in shoppers?
