UK Women 45+ in Ice Cream Industry for Inspirational Interview

** Can anyone help please? ** I've been commissioned by a women's weekly magazine to interview three women involved in the ice-cream industry, so I'm looking for the following - * A farmer who has diversified by making / selling ice cream from the milk from her own herd of cows * Someone who runs a seaside ice-cream parlour * Someone who drives an ice-cream van or offers a similar delivery service (maybe even via a bike?!) To chat about their work for a positive / inspirational piece, which will cover a bit of background about how they got into the industry, what they do, the challenges of it being a seasonal and why they love it. Interviewees must be UK based, aged 45+ (to reflect the age of the readership of the magazine I'm writing for), must be prepared to named and pictured, and able to supply a few photos of themselves at work, for which they have copyright permission to use in the press. Would also be great if they haven't shared their story in the press previously.
