Urban Professionals Moving to Tier-II & III Cities - Retain Salary

Hi everyone! I’m working on a story about professionals who are voluntarily moving from big cities to tier-II/III cities or their hometowns, while retaining the same salary or taking only a small pay cut. I’m looking to speak to people who have made this shift and are enjoying a better quality of life — less commuting, lower costs, more time with family and perhaps a stronger sense of community — without compromising significantly on their careers or income.
