I'm producing The Next Era in Automotive Retail: How AI is changing the American dealership - a Financial Times event in Chicago on Thursday 8 October 2026.
This is a senior, peer-level conversation about what the dealership actually looks like once AI moves beyond bolt-ons and into the operating model.
A few of the questions on the agenda:
