US Employees - DEI & AI in Trump Era

A #journorequest from me: Trump's first 100 days in office has seen enforcement of state-sanctioned transphobia, reversing of DEI initiatives, and the deregulation of AI. Workplaces are willingly opening themselves up to new high-tech avenues to discriminate against its marginalised employees and applicants. I'd like to speak with US employees (can be anonymous, of course) on any experiences that they've had in the workplace.
