US Truvada Users - Insurance Billing & Pharmacy Access Issues

Problems with insurance? Hi all! I am a journalist based in the US and had some issue filling my generic Truvada prescription through CVS Caremark in the past couple months. They tried to charge me $125 (which I know is illegal), and then claimed that I needed to order it through their Specialty service. I was able to sort it all out in the end, but I'd like to know if anyone else had similar issues with insurance trying to charge for the prescription, appointments or labs.
