UX Hiring Expert or Recruiter for Podcast Interview Feb 18 ET

I'm looking to interview a UX or Product person in who's involved in hiring or a UX or Design recruiter for my podcast next Wed, Feb 18 for one hour, sometime between 12:15 - 2:30pm ET. The interview will focus on what you you look for in candidates from the initial vetting stage through deciding who gets a job offer. You’re welcome to plug your company and roles you’re hiring for 😉 This interview would be attended live by people currently in Career Strategy Lab and would be repurposed into a podcast episode and YouTube video.
