Women Physician Leaders - Startup Clinician Podcast - Early Hires

The speaker application form on The Early Hires website is getting busier every week. I am genuinely excited about that. And I read every single submission. A good number of them come from people who want to speak to clinicians. Products, platforms, pitches. Some of it is thoughtful work. All of it gets vetted closely, because I made a commitment when I started this podcast: my clinical colleagues stay front and center. Their work. Their careers. Their leadership. That is the show, and I am protective of it. Some guests who are not clinicians do earn the seat. Coaches, operators, and experts whose work helps clinicians advance and lead inside startups.
