Workforce Academics & Charities on Young Female NEETs for Independent

Journo request 🚨 For an Independent feature, I'm looking to speak to experts and academics with a specialism in work/women in the workforce, who can discuss recent stats suggesting the number of young female 'neets' (not in employment, education or training) has hit the highest level in almost a decade. I would also love to hear from charities who work with young women who are out of work etc, who might be able to put forward either experts to talk about this or case studies of young women in this position.
