Young Property Professionals 25 and Under - Voices of Tomorrow Podcast

If you're good enough, you're old enough! That's the title of the latest episode of The Viking Chats, and it also feels like a pretty good statement of intent for something new we're launching: Voices of Tomorrow We've got an industry full of experienced people telling us what the future of property looks like. But how often do we actually ask the people who'll be shaping that future in 10, 20 or 30 years? Voices of Tomorrow is about changing that. I'm inviting young people aged 25 and under, from across the property industry, to join me for an honest conversation about their experiences, ambitions, frustrations and where they think we're heading. My first guest is Flyn Crowley from The Guild of Property Professionals, who's just 22 but already has some pretty strong opinions about the industry he's chosen to build his career in. We talked about why UK estate agents struggle to charge what they're worth, the industry's obsession with winning instructions rather than building profitable businesses, how AI might change the way we work and what it's like trying to establish credibility when you're considerably younger than most of the people sitting across the table. Flyn's journey into property is a great story in itself. At 19, he headed to London with a handful of printed CVs and started knocking on agency doors. Three years later, he's working directly with experienced agency owners and directors. It's a reminder that talent, attitude and ambition don't come with a minimum age requirement. 🎙️ Listen to Voices of Tomorrow: If You're Good Enough, You're Old Enough https://lnkd.in/eQDf2aWJ And here's my invitation to the next generation.... If you're 25 or under and working in/around property, whether that's estate agency, lettings, property management, PropTech or another corner of the industry, I'd love to hear from you. You don't need a fancy job title, a huge social media following or a carefully rehearsed opinion about the future. In fact, I'd much rather hear what you genuinely think. We record in person at our base property specialists ltd offices in Shoreditch. Drop me a DM and let's get you booked in. And if you're an industry leader with a brilliant young person in your business, please tag them or send them my way. Let's give the next generation a proper voice. #TheVikingChats #VoicesOfTomorrow #PropertyIndustry #EstateAgency #PropTech #property #podcast #lettings
