I wanted to write for Forbes about Central/Eastern Europe including Hungary for a while, but I haven’t. Until I got a pitch about a Hungarian boutique hotel showing Hungarian culture through reviving its folklore. I loved the theme. So, now, I am looking for other hotels primarily in CEE, ideally one in Vienna and one in Prague that also show culture through reviving folklore.
