Book leave time! I'm off my day job from now until November 9, traveling the world to learn from places that are finding positive ways to deal with population decline. The itinerary: Finland, Lithuania, Germany, Spain, Italy, Bulgaria, Japan, South Korea, Singapore. I'll be visiting cities and tiny towns that are rationalizing their urban footprints, caring for their elderly, investing in their workforces, integrating immigrants, and rewilding their rural landscapes. If you study these issues in those countries or have something to share about adapting to demographic evolution, I'd love to hear from you. ✈️
I would like to hear from the National Geographic Society and Rand McNally and maybe Amerigo Vespucci about these purported body of water name changes?
I will soon be hiking part of the Via Francigena pilgrimage route through Tuscany in Italy and will be gathering stories and article ideas along the way. If you're a PR with travel/tourism clients between Lucca and Siena, as well as Florence, please get in touch. Editors - if you're looking for ideas or content from the area, I'd love to hear from you.
Hi there. I’m looking for information on the Angiola II, a superyacht that sank on Tuesday in Sardinia. It’ll be handled confidentially. Thank you. [email redacted] #journorequest
Schengen border controls (ie within the Schengen area): Have you experienced any lately or seen one? I'm writing about the "temporary" checks that several EU countries have re-introduced and I'd love to hear as many experiences (or views) as possible.
I am looking for people for our #ActualPlay podcast. It would be recording one-on-one sessions of @kultrpg.bsky.social I am particularly looking for people who would be able to play in the EU afternoon (maybe in your evening) important: we make NO money, this would be for fun #TTRPGs
