Parents & Caregivers 35-55 - Midlife Work-Family Pressure

G'day, LinkedIn. I'm on the hunt for another case study for a story I'm writing about the pressure of midlife. If you're between the ages of 35 and 55, you probably don't need any data to tell you that juggling work and family commitments gets especially challenging during this period of life. But I have some. And I want to breathe life into it by talking to people who are actually living it. So, if you're up for a chat about the difficulties of raising kids (and perhaps also looking after elderly parents) just as your responsibilities at work start ramping up, please drop me a message on here, or email me at [email redacted]. I'd love to hear more about your experience and if anything in particular has made the juggle more manageable.

Potential donors - and many others - are wondering why. If you know more, drop me a line! The Australian Financial Review https://lnkd.in/grjkd6Tr

Victorians - Pandemic Hangover On Support Of State Government

Case study callout: has the pandemic changed how you feel about state government? As Victorians head to the ballot box in November (current polling suggests it'll be a three-way mess), I'm working on a piece looking at how the events of 2020/2021 colour how it will all play out. Daniel Andrews won a landslide in 2022, but the mood seems to have soured. Why now? And is it a pandemic hangover, or something else entirely? If you have thoughts, I'm all ears (or eyes), and happy to speak on background/not for direct quoting: [email redacted]
