Here is a gift link to today's story:https://www.dallasnews.com/news/politics/article/texas-comptroller-staff-cuts-email-22373718.php?utm\_source=marketing&utm\_medium=copy-url-link&utm\_campaign=article-share&hash=aHR0cHM6Ly93d3cuZGFsbGFzbmV3cy5jb20vbmV3cy9wb2xpdGljcy9hcnRpY2xlL3RleGFzLWNvbXB0cm9sbGVyLXN0YWZmLWN1dHMtZW1haWwtMjIzNzM3MTgucGhw&time=MTc4NTkzODk4ODA1Nw%3D%3D&rid=MTcwNzU5Y2MtMDczZi00ZWE1LTlmZjEtYjI4NTJhNmJjNWFj&sharecount=MQ%3D%3D I'm looking to speak with anyone who is willing to chat about any changes taking place at the comptroller's office. Specifically, I'm looking to chat with any former or current comptroller employees. I understand state employees are prohibited from speaking to reporters, so I will use best security practices for these conversations (Signal, Proton Mail). I always honor off-the-record conversations and agreements. I do my best to protect my sources. If you would like to reach out to me to talk -- even if the conversation is entirely off-the-record and you would never want to be quoted -- please get in touch with me: Email: [email redacted]; [email redacted] (Proton Mail) Signal: AaronTorres.68 (username) Phone number: Happy to provide when contacted
