Actors & Voice Actors - Trained AI Voice Replacements

Has anyone done any voice training for AI? Hi, I'm a journalist at the Guardian and I'm writing about people who have trained their AI replacements -- whether that's enthusiastically, or out of desperation, or out of curiosity, or even by accident...
