Adult Children of Alcoholics - Book on Parental Alcohol Misuse

I’ve finally started working on something deeply personal to me 📝 I’m currently developing a book exploring the experience of growing up with parental alcohol misuse and the long-term impact this can have into adulthood. The project is rooted in lived experience and aims to bring together a wider range of perspectives from adult children of alcoholics (COAs) to help reflect the complexity, individuality and lasting effects of these experiences. As part of the research process, I’ve created a confidential questionnaire where contributors can share as much or as little as they feel comfortable with. Responses can be anonymous and contributors can choose how their experiences are identified in the final work.
