Amazon paid $44 per tonne for rice field water management in India. Pakistan has already issued its first AWD rice carbon credits. Vietnam is scaling. India is collecting. Bangladesh has 11.5 million hectares of rice fields, validated science since 2004, and zero credits on any global voluntary registry. Saudi Arabia sat on desert for centuries before the world told them what lay underneath. Bangladesh is not a carbon-poor country. Full article below.
