AI Labor Impact Experts in Real Estate & Labor Markets Needed

A minority staff report from the Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pensions Committee claims that artificial intelligence could “destroy nearly 100 million U.S. jobs in a decade.” I’m interested in reactions from experts in commercial real estate and also in labor markets and AI.
