Association Meeting Planners - Tiered Programming & Evolving Skills

Association friends: I'm working on the next set of Associations Now Deep Dives, and I'm looking for sources/examples for two pieces on meetings: 1) For one, I'm looking for examples of associations that have successfully introduced premium experiences or other forms of tiered programming. That can include specialized workshops, VIP meetings with big-name keynote speakers, but I'm eager to hear about more outside-the-box ideas. 2) For the second, I'd love to hear from association meeting planners themselves about how their required skill sets have changed. Yes, AI, but what about data analytics, sustainability, experience design, and on and on? What does a planner need to know now that wasn't even a consideration 5-10 years ago?
