A shoutout to anyone facing a career transition or who has already been through one Over the last 8 months, I’ve documented my transition from professional football into entrepreneurship. The highs, the lows and plenty of the in-between. But I don’t want my experience to become the theory. I want to speak much more broadly. To those approaching that crossroads and apprehensive about what comes next. To those right in the middle of it. And to those who have lived it and come out the other side. Athletes, entrepreneurs, founders, military, executives anyone leaving an environment that has shaped a huge part of who they are. I want to understand the patterns. What people are worried about before they leave, the challenges they face during it, and what helps them successfully build what comes next.
