BCAL Users for Daily Texan Story on Text Reporting Expansion

Daily Texan Callout Post BCAL Hey y'all! I'm a reporter for The Daily Texan, and I'm writing a story on the Behavior Concerns Advice Line, or BCAL, expanding reports to receive reports to text as well. Has anyone ever used BCAL and might feel comfortable interviewing for a story about the text option expansion? Or has perhaps thought of using it/been concerned about another student's behavior?
