Berlin Residents Fined for Street Furniture DW Case Study

Anyone actually fined for placing "zu verschenken" items on the street? Hi r/Berlin! I'm a journalist working on a story for DW about Berlin raising fines for placing furniture and unwanted items on the street. I'm looking for anyone who has received one of these fines.
